H.E. Professor Chheang Ra, Minister of Health, participated in the document exchange ceremony held under the high auspices of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China.
The exchanged documents covered a range of sectors, including investment, commerce, education, finance, information, youth affairs, agriculture, health, water resources, tourism, women’s affairs, and other areas—totaling 37 documents.
